Extra 15% offer only valid during Cardholder Appreciation Events. This promotion is open to Mervyns Cardholders only on new purchases of in-store merchandise charged entirely to your Mervyns Credit Card Account. Discount does not apply to GiftCards, gift certificates, account payments, split tender payments, previous purchases, price adjustments, and mail or phone orders. Discount is non-transferable and has no cash value. Subject to credit approval.
15% off Big Rewards DiscountSM
The Mervyns Big Rewards program is automatically available to each Mervyns credit card customer whose account is in good standing and not more than 2 payments past due at the time each savings pass is issued and redeemed. A Mervyns credit card customer will be issued a 15% savings pass for every $250 in net purchases (all merchandise purchases minus returns and adjustments) charged to the customer’s Mervyns Credit Card Account. A savings pass will be mailed after the end of the billing period in which the savings pass was earned. If multiple savings passes are earned in a billing period, one certificate will be mailed each month after the billing period in which the certificates were earned, until all the savings passes earned have been issued. Each savings pass provides the customer with 15% off Mervyns credit card purchases made on one single day. Savings passes must be used by the expiration date indicated on the savings pass. Savings passes can only be redeemed at a Mervyns store and only for new purchases made on the Mervyns credit card account. The savings pass must be presented at time of purchase. Savings passes cannot be used to purchase GiftCards or gift certificates, cannot be applied as payment on a Mervyns credit card account or to previous purchases, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used with split tender payments, price adjustments and mail or phone orders. Savings passes are non-transferable. This Big Rewards program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Double Points Wednesdays
On Wednesdays only of each week, Mervyns Cardholders will earn 2 points towards the Mervyns Big Rewards program for every $1 of net purchase made using their Mervyns Card. Subject to credit approval. Certain restrictions apply. See a summary of the terms of the Big Rewards program above for details.
Premier Card Program
The $600 minimum spending requirement must be charged to your Mervyns Card between January 1 of the current year and December 31 of the same year.
Deferred Billing
Applies to any single-receipt purchase of $150 or more made between August 11 and September 1, 2008 on your Mervyns® Card. No monthly payments will be required and no finance charges will be assessed on this promotional purchase amount if you pay the following in full within 90 days: (1) the promotional purchase amount, and (2) any related optional credit insurance/debt cancellation charges. If you do not pay in full, finance charges will be assessed on the promotional purchase balance from the date of purchase and minimum monthly payments will be required on the balance of the purchase amount. Standard account terms apply to non-promotional purchases, and after the promotion ends, to your promotional purchases. Existing cardholders should see their credit card agreement for standard terms. APR is 21.60% as of 7/08. Minimum finance charge is $1.50. Offer is subject to credit approval.
