Can I buy online?
At this time we do not offer online shopping at Mervyns.com. If you would like to purchase something you have seen on our website, please visit our Store Locator to find the store closest to you. You may also call 1-800-Mervyns to assist in finding the nearest store that has your item in stock. You can also buy Mervyns GiftCards online.
What is Mervyns' return policy?
A receipt/gift receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
With your original receipt dated within 90 days, we will offer you a return or exchange based on the original method of payment. In most instances, we can verify purchases made in the last 90 days on a Mervyns charge account, third party charge account, debit, or GiftCard. Any purchase where a GiftCard was used will be returned in the form of a GiftCard. If a GiftCard was used in the purchase as partial tender, it will be the first tender refunded. Any purchase made by check may be refunded as a GiftCard. Returns will be credited as purchase price less any % or $ discounts. Discount will be forfeited with the return.
Returns or exchanges without receipt will be offered manufacturers' warranty information, if applicable.
All Electrics and Electronics, without a valid receipt, CANNOT be returned for a cash refund, exchange, GiftCard, or charge card credit.
DVDs and CDs must be returned unopened and with a valid receipt. Defective DVDs or CDs can be exchanged for the exact same item but can not be returned for a refund.
Jewelry and watch returns are handled in the Jewelry department.

I am having problems logging on to manage my Mervyns Credit Card account.
First, if you have difficulty logging into your account online be sure to check your user ID and password to make sure you are entering it correctly. Please note that your user ID is case sensitive.
If that doesn’t work, you can create a new user ID and password by clicking on the “Register Account” link. This new user ID and password will replace your previous log-in information.
If you continue to have difficulty, please contact Customer Service for more assistance at 1-800-480-5014 during regular business hours. Residents of Mexico can contact Credit Services at 001-800-480-5014.
Is my credit card information secure?
Online privacy and security are top priorities at Mervyns.com. Any screen that displays or requests information about your account, user ID, password, application, or other sensitive information is encrypted using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology encrypts information as it is being sent over the Internet between your computer and GE Money Bank so no one other than yourself and GE Money Bank can read the message or the information you've entered. To read more about your security at Mervyns.com, visit our Credit area and click on "View your account" or "Apply for a Mervyns Card". Site Security will be at the bottom of the screen.
What should I do if my Mervyns Card is lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen card, please contact our Credit Services department immediately at 1-866-549-5969 to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
